Shower Flowers

I co-hosted a bridal shower today for my friend Anita. She's not getting married until May, but being a CPA, this is what they like to call "opportunity season." What it really means is that she'll be working at least six days a week putting together folks taxes and giving sound business advice.

I bought several individual floral stems last night at the last minute and decided to do an arrangement for the event today. Pretty pleased with the outcome.

BTW, the shower was themed -- a wine theme. All the guests had to do was bring a bottle of wine for the bride and groom to fill their wine cellar/refrigerator. Pretty easy to shop for. More peeps should be doing this.
